I consumer, XXXX entered into a consumer credit transaction with Discover starting in 2015. Discover violated me in the following ways. I did not receive enough information to verify debt, or any mail notices to my current address after my request to them to verify the debt they claim I owe. I keep getting harassed with email notifications from Discover with my personal information and not disclosing they are in a attempt to collect debt from me which is a violation according to 15 USC 1692d. Discover closed my account without my consent, due to a bank issue. After account was closed without my consent Discover continued to charge me late fees for months after account was closed without my consent.
