This is XXXX XXXX XXXX who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself and to inform you that there is no third party involve in the process. I sent letters to all three major bureaus the date of the last letter to Equifax was on XX/XX/2021. And now we are in the month of XX/XX/2021 and still nothing from them. That means Equifax has NOT complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law and continued to report inaccurate information on my credit report.
