Fraud department for each bureau has been called several times in regards to someone breaching my SSN. Each bureau assured me that they would remove the inquiry for XXXX XXXX off of my credit report. This inquiry is still reporting and has shaved points off of my score for the hard inquiry. I even put a freeze on my XXXX account back in XXXX and the agent never actually successfully froze my account. This inquiry is not attached to an account. I spoke with XXXX XXXX as well for removal and was informed it would be removed almost a month ago. I DID NOT RECENTLY OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH XXXX XXXX. THIS ACCOUNT INQUIRY DOES NOT BELONG TO ME!
