OnXX/XX/XXXXMy XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX was totaled in an accident that was the other drivers fault, my insurance company XXXX paid the value of my vehicle leaving portion remaining to my Gap Insurance Purchased at the time I financed my car from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada. Finance With Credit Acceptance. I have sent all documentation requested by Credit Acceptance Finance and they have yet to settle the claim. I purchased the Gap Insurance and when asked to discuss this insurance i am transferred to a representative that does not even have an insurance license to discuss the matter of the policy. Credit Acceptance continues to report a late payment on a totaled vehicle they will not cover, or charge off purposely causing harm, as their bogus GAP insurance does.
