TD Bank already knew that I was a victim of fraud, but a stranger opened a new checking account and saving account online every week, and negotiated with TD BANK many times to let them lock my work card and dont approve me. The work card opened a new account, but they said it could not be done. No results were obtained for two weeks. The new fraudulent account was opened every week. I went to the police. The police asked for a fraud investigation report issued by the TD department, but TD bank refused to give it to me.
