Around XX/XX/XXXX I got my Capital One Credit Card. Ever since then I've only been able to use it a couple of times as the process of using it has been absolutely dreadful. The card only has XXXX credit but even though its such a low amount I have still not been able to successfully pay my bill even though money HAS been taken from my bank account. From XX/XX/XXXX I've tried to put in a payment of {$250.00} Dollars but since then it has taken the amount, returned it and taken it again with no sign of the credit showing up in my account. I have called their customer service number 6 times already and each time they have assured me that my problem will be fixed, have been put on hold for an hour, have been hung up on, and lied to many times. in summary this company has taken my money and has not put it back in my credit, I currently have a balance of {$240.00} with the available credit of {$5.00}. even though the customer service reps insured me that a credit of {$250.00} will show on my available credit it has not and never will. I it feels though as I have been scammed and this is outrageous because i don't have money to not care about as I am not a wealthy person and need all of my money and hate it when companies steal from their customers.
