I have disputed this account ( Mid-Atlantic Finance ) with the creditor, as well as with the bureaus that are continuing to list this account. This account was closed years ago and XXXX is still continuing to show the account as open on my credit report. Numerous disputes have been filed and the dispute letters return back to me stating the creditor Mid-Atlantic Finance verified that this information is accurate. This information in NOT accurate. The account is CLOSED!!! Why are they continuing to list this account on my credit report as an open account. I demand for this account to removed from my credit report immediately or I will sue both XXXX and Mid-Atlantic Finance for failure to comply with the FCRA rules. Im tired of this. All this is doing is dragging my credit score down. The proof is clearly herethe account is showing as an open account. XXXX is also reporting just recently this month XXXX that the account has a negative status. No more reporting on this account should be taking place. Both you credit bureaus are continuing to report inaccurate information. Please stop immediately!!!! I will sue you for this defaming information. Remove it immediately!!!
