Grain Technology will not respond to several attempts made. I got one response on XX/XX/XXXX via email after trying to reach them since XXXX. My account can't even be accessed via the app. it's wanting me to set up an account again even though my information is present so i can't get to my screen even if payment was to be made. Stop payment was placed on my account to prevent grain from debiting my account at random moments causing me NSF fees with my bank.
