A few years ago I became aware none of the 3 major credit reporting companies show my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card on my credit reports and it is not being included in my credit score. I filed a complaint with CFPB and received a telephone call from a high level secretary informing me they were looking into the matter. I never heard back from them and called and left voice messages several times to that secretary to no avail. None of my calls were ever returned. As best as I know CFPB closed the complaint and I have nothing saying why. I have had this gasoline credit card account since the XX/XX/XXXX and it would be helpful to my credit score to have it being reported. To my knowledge this account should be being reported monthly. As far as I am aware I have never missed a payment or paid late. I recently received a promotional offer from them which makes it clear they consider this card to be a credit card. Even my statements indicate this is a credit card. It appears that XXXX XXXX is performing all the processing for this credit card yet they do not report to the credit bureaus. I would appreciate knowing if there is something that I need to do for this account of mine to be reported to the credit bureaus or if I am under some sort of misunderstanding. If they should be reporting yet are not, what needs to be done to have them report.
