XXXX has my birth year as XXXX but I was born in XXXX. I have disputed this four times and it still hasn't been resolved. When I apply for credit and/or online banking, they say that they can not verify my identity. No one answers the phone when I call. They have an option to upload documents but it is inactive ( at least for me ). I have, also, disputed a collection ( 4 times ) on all of my credit reports. I paid it off. They said the investigation would take about 30 days but they come back after 5 days stating that the debt is accurate. The collection was removed from my reports. Then, put back.
