On XX/XX/XXXX I received in the mail a letter from midland credit which mentioned legal action could be the next step multiple times. This is the second letter I have received from this company, the other one was very vague and looked like a scam. This letter received yesterday, was dated XX/XX/XXXX. It does not have a postmark on it and was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. It demands a reply or payment by XX/XX/XXXX. I receive delivery notifications by USPS through my email and have attached that notification in which an image of the envelope was shown in an upcoming mail delivery preview for XX/XX/XXXX. I believe this company is engaging in tactics that violate my rights. I have still not received a validation letter in the mail after initially requesting one months ago after receiving one letter with limited information from this company. I am again requesting debt validation by mail today and have attached those documents.
