On XX/XX/2021 XXXX Collections reported to EXPERIAN that I had a XXXX account in collections in the amount of {$2100.00}. This was a fraudulent account and has already been removed and blocked by Experian. On XX/XX/2021, I contacted Experian and informed them that this fraudulent account was already removed and should not be on my credit report. I also contacted XXXX and they told me it was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do. I have contacted Experian multiple times and pleaded with them to remove this info and they say it is active. They have not provided me with an answer as to why they would put this back on my credit report. Experian is not helping me
