On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a police report stating that i was the victim of identity theft. I then forwarded a copy of the identity theft police report too the credit reporting agencies XXXX XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX and requested that they deleted the fraudulent accounts and I requested a updated copy of my credit report Equifax and XXXX failed to respond to my request. Then re-sent them the letter with copies of the identity theft reports in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and again they never responded. I received a response from XXXX XXXX and they refused to delete the information stating that XXXX Americans are always breaking the law and that XXXX people cant be believe and they refused to remove the contested information. I am now requesting that your agency conduct a investigation and order all three credit bureaus to remove the contested information. Thank you for your time. Additionally at the time that the accounts were opened I was XXXX in New York XXXX XXXX.
