I have been in an approved forbearance for the last 18 months. I have a letter from First Home Mortgage Company dated XX/XX/XXXX that my requested deferral was approved and that my account would be updated as of XX/XX/XXXX. The account and website still have not been updated. I paid XX/XX/XXXX 's mortgage payment. Today I received a certified letter informing me that I am in default on my mortgage and subject to foreclosure. When I call the number provided XXXX XXXX I am told by XXXX that there is no one available who can talk or help me with my problem because it is with the underwriters.
