Capital ONE has restricted the use on my personal credit card because they state they want to verify the income for a XXXX credit card account for a business I am associated with. The XXXX is a seperate entity from my personal account with a seperate XXXX #. According to their terms they may suspend my account for any reason permitted by law, however this seems unlawful since the issue is entirely with a seperate entity. They are requesting complete bank statements for the Business account which I think it is intrusive, I did not agree to that and there terms do not state I have to agree to submit bank statements for my personal account or Buisness. Ive had an issue loike this in the past where capitalone will restrict my personal account in order to access sensitive financial details. They ask for bank statements detailing all transactions and I have never experienced this type of abuse from a credit card company.
