I am XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. Regardless of the multiple written requests, the MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEM XXXX still reporting on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The XXXX Credit Bureau is failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time declared by law and continued reporting of unconfirmed information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. Please re-investigate most especially the status information on this account. Otherwise, delete this collection account right away.
