On my credit report vervent company in California which is an apparent bussiness loan place reported that I owe them XXXX dollars. I had a previous loan with first associates loans for a private student loan that was supposed to be discharged in my XXXX 7 years ago. Since then from my research, this company no longer exists and is now called vervwnt. I have called and left numerous messages and sent many different emails to any emails I could get my hands on. It is reporting derogatory on my credit and I cant even try to resolve it, due to the fact that they are not getting back with me. Can you please help? I have reported this to the attorneys general office as well as the better bussines bureau. At this point, j think I may need to get an attorney. Thank you XXXX
