Caliber had a forbearance hardship modification with Caliber home loan doing the covid 19 .Caliber forbearance plan back in XX/XX/XXXX and suppose to last until XX/XX/XXXX because I asked for an extended also .My loan was owned by Fannie mae XXXX XXXX. I asked Caliber to put all my missed payments at the back of my loan.I told them since I my loan. was owned by Fannie mae that I can ask for this under the care act for my loan to be extended. Caliber approved me for the forevbearance and later on changed my mortgage ownership from Fannie mae to an investor ownership. Caliber also changed my mortgage server to XXXX while I was still in my forevbearance plan with them on XXXX XXXX. I called them and told them that was wrong of what they have done. Caliber had already misrepresent of a loan modification by not sending me all of the documents. Caliber is a untrustworthy loan servers. Now I stuck with XXXX trying g to give me a reasonable forbearance plan. They are the sane as caliber and I don't think they should be handling my mortgage, because ca5 transferred my loan over too early while I'm mortgage was still with them. Now XXXX said my loan is in foreclosure. They gave me a high payment for the forevbearance instead of working with me. I had asked Caliber can I use my equity from in my home and they told me that they took all of my equity and I asked they why and did not get an corrected answer. I told them that I have been in my home for 14 years where are my payments going to and why is my loan not going down after 14 years. I know that I have missed some payments but I know that I had about {$45.00} in my equity the last time I checked on it. I need someone to help me get a reasonable forevbearance plan.
