I have been dealing with XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card that I have had since XXXX which started since XX/XX/XXXX. Keeps kicking out the theft of card -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- - sent new card- and still continues in XX/XX/XXXX! I have to make appoints with a financial center since XX/XX/XXXX. Takes weeks/ months to get an appointment. Not that many left open in XXXX, FL. I went from the XXXX of XXXX until the XXXX of XXXX until I could speak with a Manager. XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX NE, @ XXXX. ( that is No longer with company ). quit! This is a mess by them. Sent me a new card and said nothing! ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), I reported the Credit card lost! The only thing I have been paying on is cash I took out, not informed that intrest was involved. That was on XX/XX/XXXX, for $ XXXX then card was either left at bank or stolen? Spoke with XXXX and agent from credit on phone, and said to pay on the {$1500.00} thus far. I have ever since. It was XXXX on the FRAUD team and on the call. My balance is as of today -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- - XXXX another payment due XX/XX/XXXX, I mean are you kidding the theft was : $ XXXX when card taken ... .... Please help.
