On XX/XX/2021 I spoke with a " XXXX '' who was just rude and refused to let me talk numerous amount of times. I had to hang up with XXXX who was " assigned '' my case and called back and got another gentleman. The man tried telling me " I had no credit experience in the creditor world '' because I told him an itemization letter was not validation of debt... He began talking about lawyers and how his company takes people to court and he knows the letter will work then. He insinuated I had no assets for them to come after and so on. I asked were these threats and he continuiously stated no, I said so you're using scare tactics. The conversation escalated and he was supposed to give me a supervisor in which he left me on hold for a long time and I hung up.
