I applied for the loan but never received a full discloser on the full contract. I tried to lawfully discharge the alleged debt but Great Lakes Education Loan Services could not provide me with my original negotiable instrument or tell me where it is located. I asked them to either stop reporting I owe them or provide with the original contact they responded XXXX not with my lawful remedy. They plan on starting my monthly payments and I will sue for abusive debt collections ( 15 USC 1692 ) if they do not stop reporting to the three credit bureaus.
