I opened a checking and savings account in order to receive bonuses for each account. I met all of the criteria but the bank is refusing to pay me the bonus. The promotion states that the offer is eligible to customers who have not had an existing or prior account within the preceeding 12months. I did receive the bonus for the Savings account which has the same requirements. I have called 3 times now and I keep getting the run around on the XXXX dollar checking account bonus. I met the requirements for that on XX/XX/21 per the agent and should have received the money 90 days after that.
