I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, a consumer, demanded XXXX and Equifax to remove accounts off of my credit report. I have sent over four dispute letters, and one of them is an affidavit. The first dispute letter to remove the accounts described in the letter was on XX/XX/2021, the second dispute letter was sent on XX/XX/2021, the third dispute letter was sent on XX/XX/2021. Lastly, the fourth dispute letter which was an affidavit of truth, was sent on XX/XX/2021. XXXX and Equifax continue to violate my consumer rights due to their negligence and failure to comply. Both, XXXX and Equifax, violated my consumer rights under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), must complete the reinvestigation within 30 days of receipt of the dispute letters. As well as, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code Sec. 1681 ( b ) XXXX and Equifax does not have permission to report these accounts on my behalf. For violation I am entitled and seeking a total of {$2000.00} from each company. I have also sent and attached an invoice of {$2000.00} along with the affidavit of truth dispute letter as a result in damages.
