I am XXXX XXXX and I'm submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. I did not agree or sign a contract with Bridgecrest to collect on an alleged auto loan debt. I sent certified mail with return receipt the following information which will be uploaded. 1. debt validation letter 2. cease & desist letter 3. XXXX XXXX letter demanding that Bridgecrest show any and all proof that I agreed or signed a contract with them. which in return Bridgecrest could not prove. Bridgecrest looked over all documents and unstapled them and stuffed them back in the envelope and shipped them back to me without answering or showing proof of what I asked for. 1. Obtaining my information and using it without I, XXXX XXXX, the Consumer permission is Aggravated Identity Theft Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 1028A ( 1 ) and 18 U.S. Code 1028 ( 7 ) 2. Also demanding me to make monthly payments is extrotation Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 875 ( d )
