I filed case No. XXXX with your agency against Mountain America Credit Union and their loan servicer XXXX. Today, XX/XX/2021 I went onto Mountain America 's website, signed into my account to make my mortgage payment and my access was removed, I was not allowed to make our payment. The message I received was " One Time Payment Your loan is not eligible for a One-Time Draft payment. Please contact the Customer Service Department at XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX with any questions. '' I called XXXX, which directed to XXXX and spoke to XXXX in the Bankruptcy Department. XXXX stated because we filed bankruptcy they would not take our payments. I stated we were not behind on our payments, we had never paid late, and our mortgage was not listed as a debt to discharge. XXXX and Mountain America are refusing our payments to place us delinquent and trying to illegally force us into foreclosure. Talk about retaliation for our complaints against Mountain America Credit Union and XXXX refusing to remove the PMI from our loan in complaint # XXXX.
