This issue was to be resolved on XX/XX/2021. I was issued a gift/credit card for a return that I made. The amount placed on the card was around XXXX. When I scratched the numbers off on the back of the card, the four digit pin was not readable. I have made numerous phone calls and email with their customer service. I was promised numerous times that I would be issued another gift card. It is now XX/XX/XXXX, they do not return my emails, and I get the same run around when I call.
