When the pandemic started last year ( 2020 ) I contacted XXXX XXXX to request the deferment of my payments- due to COVID-19 and job-loss. XXXX XXXX was very nice and agreed to defer all my payments for 6-months, they also told me that I would not need to make any payments and that they would not report any late payments on my credit reports. Fast forward to today, and XXXX XXXX is reporting several late payments on my credit reports. They said that they would not report late payments but, they did, this is not right! I am trying to buy a house and their late payments are stopping me from being able to get a mortgage. Please help me get these late payments removed, per our original agreement.
