On XXXX XXXX, 2021 I received XXXX XXXX Payment for my son minor child XXXX XXXX I have and account with Chime Bank third party banking for XXXX XXXX the told me that they never received the funds from Social Security, I was told to contact XXXX XXXX when I did the inform me that the fund was send out and accepted by this Bank I then called the Bank they still told me that they did not have these fund Social security contacted the US Dept of Treasury which they said the funds was send and accepted by Chime Bank. When I called chime back I ask for verification that they did not received these fund and can they send me an email they stated that they can not send me this stated because they do not send out emails they have been emailing me all day. I also inform them that I have vbeen recording the conversation. So yes I have a video of the conversation.
