While I am in XXXX, I have tried to make purchases with my capital one venture one credit card online, but have been unable to because I don't have access to my US cellphone number, and capital one requires a text based one time password to authenticate me for online purchases, I called multiple times asking them to turn it off or verify a different way, but they wont. An advertised as " travel '' credit card that is impossible to use for online purchases while traveling is not cool.
