I want to point out every complaint I have done with Experian they have need followed the law. It states that Provide its reinvestigation findings to the consumer. After completing or terminating a reinvestigation, the CRA must notify the consumer of the results within five business days ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 3 ) ( B ), ( a ) ( 6 ) ). The CRA should provide, among other things, a revised consumer report and, on the consumers request, a statement describing the procedures it used to reinvestigate the allegedly inaccurate information ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ). I am never told the procedures used in the investigation only that it came back verified or accurate. I dont believe an investigation ever happen and Experian can not prove that it did.
