I relocated to South Carolina in XXXX. I went to open up a new bank account and I was denied. I was wondering why I was denied. I recieved this letter from someone I've never heard of. Clarity something to do with Experian? I have never heard of them and wondering why I wasn't notified about this other credit agency? So I contacted them asked them who they were upon my disbelief they have stuff on me that isn't even phesable. Why isn't consumers being told about these other agency 's? They are hindering me and my credit really bad and Iam asking that you close this. I haven't been perfect but Iam trying to improve my credit and stay on top of things. Then this makes no sense at all to me and why are they considered a credit agency? Clear back in XXXX and XXXX my life was hit with challenges now 7 years later this is showing up. I'm XXXX. Why haven't I been alerted about this its wrong and regardless if it's legit Iam requesting it to be removed.
