I also sent a cease and desist in accordance of the law 15 U.S. Code 1692c - Communication in connection with debt collection. Since that date I have received an adverse action against me according to 15 U.S. Code 1691 - Scope of prohibition. The debt was originally listed on my Consumer Report as a loan amount of {$25000.00} and on XX/XX/2021 it was updated by Best Egg to {$230000.00}. I have not received any communication by mail providing any validation information for this alleged debt.
