On XX/XX/2021 {$870.00} was deposited into my capital one capital one was reviewing it was supposed to be released XX/XX/XXXX first payment of {$200.00} second payment for {$670.00} was supposed to be released on XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke to a senior advisor he let me know he is short me they had my funds and it would be released on the days now Captial One says they sent my money back to the financial institution how do you send money back to a financial institution that Ive close down and unlinked from my external account the external account is XXXX XXXX and at XXXX XXXX you cant talk to human XXXX XXXX wont give me my money back and it was never deposited so now Im sitting here out of {$870.00} in the middle of a pandemic.
