Approximately XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX saying welcome they would be taking over my mortgage. I found this very odd and requested documentation proving they indeed bought my mortgage or was assigned to the title as the new lien holder I was never sent anything in writing proving such so XXXX approximately XX/XX/XXXX they begin to report on XXXX XXXX and XXXX credit burueas stating I open an account with them in XXXX which is an absolute untruth as well as a fraudulent statement when questioning them about it I was told it would be removed and the only thing they did was change dollar amount and also had a company called XXXX XXXX run a hard pull through XXXX XXXX which I disputed and was never removed I was told by them XXXX ordered the hard pull and if I felt it was fraudulent theyd just make it a soft pull which is also fraudulent and an untruth. XXXX has never been assigned to my title or recorded of deed I went to my county processor office to verify I also have satisfaction of mortgage documents from XXXX mortgage company saying debt was paid in full and satisfactory I would like XXXX to be charged for fraudulently reporting on my credit report in which they have no merit or ownership to do such my credit is in jeopardy every time they report the amount owed differently its been 3 changes since XX/XX/XXXX on my report by them I was referred to youll because credit bureaus disputes XXXX enough to stop or block them Ive never signed any documents or never taken a loan out in XXXX with XXXX if theyre the owners of the mortgage they have never been assigned to title as well as Ive gotten satisfaction or Mortage recorded with the XXXX county assessors office
