I applied for a loan modification due to the pandemic. My husband hours got cut, so we were behind on payments. We applied for the modification for a fresh start. The home lender raised our mortgage payments instead of lower it. I reached out for help to get my payment were i could afford them. If I knew they would raise it, then I shouldnt have asked for help. How is that helping me.
