Consumer Narrative

I've been attempting to resolve issue of two missing payments, amounts of {$3700.00} and {$500.00} plus estimated IRS taxes, for several months with no resolution. Complaints filed with CFPB prior were replied to by either referring back to prior replies which state checks cashed and or address sent to verified or attempt to state the same, address verified and or checks cashed..The checks were sent to my old address after I moved which was in XXXX of XXXX, it appears the person ( s ) now residing at address possibly intercepted, signed and cashed in my name, which I detailed in prior complaints ... Wells Fargo reps claim to have addressed this issue as well, however, have not, prior replies were reviewed and fraud issue not addressed or issue of missing payments. There is mention of a letter signed, agreeing to {$500.00} payment which again, was sent to old address after I moved and was not signed by myself.. Needless to say, reps are unable to refer to signature forged document. Further, the payment amounts totaling {$4200.00} do not cover damages caused by Wells Fargo reps opening accounts I did not need or want, which was also detailed in prior complaints, issue not addressed. I requested a reasonable settlement offer for sustained damages including two missing payments, no offer made to me to date... Still, Wells Fargo reps continually refer back to prior replies which do not address any of above issues... I've called Wells Fargo executive phone bank numerous times at XXXX, given various numbers to remediation dept, all incorrect. In order to locate correct number, I had to call the company whom issues payments on behalf of Wells Fargo, XXXX, given correct number which I've also been calling numerous times, spoken with several supervisors including a XXXX and XXXX, no resolution to date.. Both reps have put in requests to locate payments as well as reasonable settlement offer, nothing done to date. In closing, the CFPB should avoid sending this complaint to a XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX whom appears to be attempting to avoid further contact by refusing to reply ... Also, Wells Fargo should be investigated by CFPB with respect to their handling of this matter and their remediation dept as a whole, they seem to low-ball offers in attempt to avoid paying adequate amounts. The purpose of these complaints is to afford Wells Fargo opportunity to resolve issues directly, apposed to legal action.
