My mortgage lender XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX have both tried to attain my credit report from Experian, and are unable to do so. There is no freeze or alert in place to prevent these two firms and the credit vendors to pull my credit. I have contacted Experian customer service and member service to resolve the issue for over 3 week. I am still having problem where my credit report is blocked my Experian. I have been trying to have my credit report pulled since XX/XX/2021. Vendors receive error message, credit report locked due to consumers request, I requested to have all alerts and freezes removed sometime aroundXX/XX/2021.
