On XX/XX/21 TransUnion was sent a correspondent with written instructions pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) to remove accounts and late payments from my consumer report. TransUnion failed to follow my specific written instructions when it came to my consumer report. Ive called several times to have the items removed and was not successful. On XX/XX/21 I sent TransUnion a notarized Affidavit of Truth in Support of Criminal Support explaining the violations they committed. I also attached my consumer report and labeled 11 adverse items pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) that should have been excluded from my consumer report. I have not received and update on the written instructions that was provided to TransUnion nor did I receive and update on the adverse items that should have been excluded from my consumer report.
