TD bank closed my accounts in XXXX. I went to the local office asked the reason, the agent got a response for no reason, only according to company policy. On the same day, The agent checked out my account and paid off all the balance. After two months I got a letter from TD bank in XXXX, there is still a balance on my account, and created a fee charge. I went to the local office, i disclaimed the charge because the previous agent gave me incorrect information about my account. the manager assistant called the customer service, according to company policy, I was requested to pay the fee in advance, and then TD would send me a check with that amount as a refund. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got a letter fro TD bank, I would not get the check. I went to the local office and found out the manager assistant, she told me she cant do anything for me. In The whole issue, I dont do anything wrong, I was cheated by TD bank.
