This company is not paying off my debts in a timely fashion especially given the amount of money that is deducted from my bank account monthly. For example, i have a balance of well over {$5000.00} with them but they only pay {$10.00} per month on a {$230.00} bill yet they are deducting fees and keeps moving the estimated settlement dates for bills up each month. This example is one of several with my account that couldve settled. Essentially they are making money off of me for doing as little as possible to pay off my debts. This is causing me issues with job prospects because there is no solid proof that i am paying off debts. Plus they could never provide documentation that a debt is being paid off other than a generalized letter that does not address the debts being paid.
