Please find my Complaint and Qualified Written Request regarding XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX written communication on PennyMac 's letterhead with approval of forbearance, demand for payments ; offers of " modifications '' ; lump sums and a demand for a new Note ( in whose favor and why? ) These " letters '' ( calling it a letter may be misleading since it is the automatic production of a printed piece of paper which looks like a document that never included any human intervention, thought, decision, or authority ) was obviously not sent by PennyMac. It was created and mailed by a XXXX company and the XXXX company is not in contract with the alleged company that is claimed ( by someone ) to be a servicer. The XXXX company is in contract with intermediaries for an investment bank. Since it is unsigned there is no presumption that any human ever authorized the letter. The failure to at least robosign it or stamp it with a signature indicates or even raises the presumption that whoever sent it meant to preserve plausible deniability. Please find a proof of my payment deposited on a separate interest bearing account which is available for my REAL CREDITOR ( if exists ) who has a proof of authority to collect from me money if I owe them. But before I release these money, I need to find out who is my creditor and who authorized PennyMac, XXXX XXXX, XXXX dba XXXX and XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as Trustee to collect and administer my alleged obligation- including approving my forbearance and offer me any repayment plans or modifications. In XX/XX/XXXX I requested a forbearance of my alleged obligation by filing my request with CFPB and Senator XXXX office since I do now know whom else I can contact and who has authority to approve it. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an unsigned approval on PennyMac 's letterhead with PennyMac 's XXXX XXXX address which was mailed to me by someone from XXXX XXXX, Florida where PennyMac has no offices. On XX/XX/XXXX I received unsigned letter on PennyMac 's letterhead which stated that my " loan '' is reaching " maximum forbearance allowed by the owner or insurer of your loan ''. However, both letter never stated who exactly approved this forbearance and who had authority to approve it. Both letters have some mysterious identification signs. For example XX/XX/XXXX letter has a bar code above my address and on the side and numbers XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as numbers XXXX and XXXX on the right bottom. XX/XX/XXXX letter contains names XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, although here is no reference where exactly they employed and which positions they hold with PennyMac to answer my questions. Mr. XXXX and Mr. XXXX have toll-free numbers- which according to public records also used for robo-calls, including unwanted offers of medical drugs ( XXXX ) or by rental companies in Connecticut ( XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I called Mr. XXXX at XXXX, it went directly to Mrs. XXXX who relentlessly lied to me during our 35+ minutes conversation. Please confirm Mr. XXXX, Mr. XXXX and MrsXXXX XXXX employment with PennyMac and how I can contact them directly by a legit phone number, not someone's robo-call center. I prefer to set up a personal meeting with Mr. XXXX and Mr. XXXX at PennyMac 's business office instead of phone calls. QWR questions : Please provide me a signed authorization from PennyMac 's responsible for accounting officer saying that both letters were authorized and mailed by PennyMac on behalf of whoever they are saying is the creditor. Please provide the name and contact information of employee [ s ] who prepared the letter on XX/XX/XXXX and who prepared the letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Please provide PennyMac 's office address in XXXX XXXX Florida from which the Approval letter was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX. Please explain the meaning of bar codes and numbers above my address and on the bottom right side. Since XX/XX/XXXX contains a deadline XX/XX/XXXX, please respond if there is a self-imposed deadline by someone else. If it is PennyMac, please acknowledge that the deadline was imposed by PennyMac. If this deadline was imposed by some third party, then please identify that party and their authority to impose any terms and conditions. Please provide me an acknowledgment from an identified creditor as to the existence, terms and conditions of the forbearance agreement - after this creditor will prove its rights to collect from me ( aka proof of ownership of my alleged " loan '' by submitting proof of payment for my alleged loan ; who made this payment and when ; who received this payment and copy of wire transfer, ACH or cancelled check - whatever was used as a payment method, along with a copy of the accounting ledger from which money for the payment were disbursed. If this QWR will be responded with absurd runaround from robo-signer " XXXX XXXX XXXX' please identify Mr. XXXX XXXX office address and direct phone number ; and provide the name of his supervisor who authorized XXXX to send me these letters. I reserve my right to ask additional questions after I receive your respond Best regards XXXX XXXX
