The company is stating that they are verifying/researching information about a bankruptcy to XXXX services ( please see attached where XXXX shows verified as accurate ). It is impossible to verify the information as the bankruptcy court does not verify the information ( see attached letter from bankruptcy court ). They are pulling there " verified '' from public records which have errors and can not be verified in this situation ( please see the attached letter from LCI ). Per the fair credit reporting act all information has to be able to be verified or needs to be removed from there system. Since they provide the information to XXXX and are certifying that it is correct, this is a breach of the reporting act and a blatant lie. This is not the first time they have been caught. Refer to cases : Legrand v. IntelliCorp Records , Inc., No. 15-cv-2091 ( N.D. Ohio ) - an FCRA class action Roe v. IntelliCorp Records , Inc. , 12-cv-2288 ( N.D. Ohio ) - an action alleging violations of FCRA sections 1681k and 1681 ( e ) ( b ) Also please see attached from XXXX XXXX that they removed said bankruptcy as they are unable to verify that it is correct on the public records
