This ongoing complaint targeting all thre e Credit Reporting Agencies is my final attempt to force them to cease their bad Faith Actions prior to my securing Counsel and seeking to file a civil suit and seek permission for a Class Action Suit, as there are many others with the same issues. It is my understanding that the underlying motivation of all three is self enriching and for the enriching of their " member companies '' I have made multiple complaints for years that they have all consistently participated in a pattern and practice of ignoring disputes, failing to properly investigate and correct dispute and inaccurate Information and intentionally provide false Information so that their " memb er companies '' can charge higher interest rates due to the credit scores and Information provided by their reports. My complaints have not been addressed or corrected at all as of the writing of this complaint. I have made multiple complaints to the CFPB recently. They have all been ignored. I demand the following : 1. ). To be sent accurate, corrected and updated paper reports from all three agencies, as well as electronic access immediately. 2. ). To have my personal Information ( Address history specifically ) restricted from the reports they share due to significant personal safety issues related to my Actions keeping a Congressman safe, pursuant to a Commonwealth of VA Court Order, which they all have. 3. ). To have all agencies comply with the policies of dropping negative items after set time periods have passed and to actually investigate complaints submitted by consumer instead of merely stating that their " member companies '' denied them and recuse to correct the complaints. 4. ). To Add significant creditor Payment histories from companies that do not pay them to report, ( as the companies demand ePayment in order to List credit histories from creditors. I have provided certified, notarized payment histories of greater than $ XXXX that they all refuse to include in my reports, to make my history look less significant, again to enrich themselves and their " member companies '' Further, I am furious with XXXX, who literally told me that they will not perform their manadated actions because they felt I was, " Attempting to hide from or avoid Financial responsibility '' Theese Actions are reprehensible, especially in a time when the Government Administration is taking actions to attempt to defend it's citizens from such abuses. I risked my life for my country. I am XXXX XXXX due to service to the public. I demand better treatment than the intentionally punitive, bad Faith actions of Experian ; XXXX and especially XXXX XXXX in retaliation for my merely demanding the proper treatment they are in place to provide.
