I am a federally protected consumer pursuant to 15 USC 1681. I did not give permissible purpose to furnish this fraud on my consumer report file. These violations results in {$1000.00} for each to be paid to the consumer.Pursuant to all the facts I stated above, here are my written instructions as to what I, a consumer in fact want removed from my report immediately.
