Back in XX/XX/2021, I submitted a request for proof of this bankruptcy on my credit report to all third party agencies.And they were not able to supply proof as to how they retained such information so XXXX XXXX Deleted it from their Database and sent me proof that it was deleted. I sent that proof to all three major credit bureaus that as of XX/XX/2021 it has been removed from they place they claimed they got it their information from so why are they still reporting this lie? Equifax told me and gave me a number for XXXX XXXX to call them and said thats the only way it would be removed from my credit. XXXX XXXX said we dont call credit companies.I want to know how are they investigating something that is no longer in the database? And XXXX XXXX is not a legitimate companyI need this bankruptcy removed for it is defaming my name and credit just remove this obscenity from my credit report all three credit companies it was an error so just remove it from my report instead of making like your disputing it with a real company because again XXXX XXXX is not XXXX removed for. Third party agencies and I never gave no one permission to put nothing on my credit report no how so why be so nasty and trying to defame with this.
