Fair collection and out, reported to my credit report, I do not have a contract with this third-party debt collector. The company can not produce a contract between Fair Collection and Out and I ( sent cease/desist ) ; Fair Collection and Out can purchase my debt, but not my personal information ; this id a infringement of my rights to privacy ; If the debt was sold, I have a right to know how much it was sold for, the commission amt. If the debt was fulfilled ; if insurance covered the debt ( premium/collateral ). Violates 15 usc 1692 ( e ) ( 11 ), 15 usc 1681 thus, if a bad debt was furnished to any consumer credit reporting agency, my reputation is in fact ruined ; oppression/hardship is real.
