The company, NCB Management Service, started reporting a collection account to my credit on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$4700.00}. This is reported to XXXX and XXXX. I have sent countless letters to the collector stating that this debt does not belong to me. I have asked them to verify the debt and they sent me an agreement between me and some company called XXXX, this was back in XXXX of this XXXX. Bear in the mind the agreement had no signature from me stating I agreed to do business with this company. I have been a victum of identity theft in the year of XXXX. I had one account that I was able to have removed after providing a police report to the company. I'm curious if this account is similar to the other account, however I have no way of knowing as the company fails to provide me any additional details outlining why they are verifying this account as accurate. I sent in a letter on XX/XX/XXXX exercising my right under the FCRA to receive documented proof that I, the person they are proclaim own this debt, have a legal binding contractual obligation to pay this alleged debt. It has been over 30 days and they have not complied for the FRCA in providing the requested documentation. I have received no response from them. I have told them this was identity theft and yet they have continued to report this inaccuracy on my consumer report, thus preventing me from utilizing my credit for future purchases. This is my next solution before I file a small claims law suit for Defamation, Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud, and Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Parctices act including but not limited to Section 807-8, and Violation of the fair credit reporting act including but not limited to section 623-b. I'm including the credit reports for the collection accounts and the police report of my identity theft for that year.
