I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I'm submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. I sent certified letters to XXXX, XXXX and Trans Union specifically requesting my credit file. The dates on these letters were XX/XX/2021 and I mailed them certified XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. All 3 agencies sent me my credit report instead of my credit file and deceptively told me that my credit report and credit file are the same ( they are not the same ). I spent {$8.00} for each certified letter only for these agencies to send me what I didn't request and not include the return receipt! I want my credit file! Not my credit report. And I want my money back.
