Sending this complaint because Chime closed my account with my remaining balance. I'm requesting assistance to receive my balance that was due to me upon the closing of my account. I have not been able to verbally speak to anyone in reference to this matter. I am aware of an account closure but they need to send my funds in the form of a check.
