In XXXX of XXXX, i have purchased an existing business where we needed new equipment, we applied for equipment loan we got approved for XXXX but we only purchased for XXXX, the company who leased and or financed the equipment they drafted a lease based on XXXX but we never completed the purchase of equipment equivalent to XXXX but only for XXXX since then we asked them to revise the lease and correct and amend they never did today they tell us that my loan is XXXX and i signed the lease for that amount they did not revise amend from day one we start getting threats, harassments non stop calls, i can't seem to get these fraudulent act resolved and when i researched about them seems like almost every customer is facing the same fraudulent act
